Founded in April 2019 by Theresa Oliver and Hannes van Rooyen, the purpose was to address the shortage of skills training in the South African industries.
Realizing the demand for training, we along with years of experience in the training industry under TETA, CETA, MQA and MerSeta decided to start a training Centre to not just serve the industry but also the individual, what is now known as CTH Training Solution.
In March 2019 we applied to register our company and with a lot of uphill battles we succeeded and completed the birth of CTH Training Solutions and in April 2019 we started our applications with the QCTO. Now ready for student intake in the industry both individually and corporate.
Our main focus will be on e-learning and onsite training on our HVAC trainings, the demand for HVAC is major but the companies can’t afford to let employees stay off of work for such a long period of time, now the learner can learn while on the job and the employer is not losing sleep or money to get his employees the training they deserve.
On our safety training we will concentrate only on onsite training and on the job training. It is always better to train the learner on the site they are familiar with. We will do novice training for the learner that has no previous certificates and re-certification on the learners that still has a legal certificate but is close to expire. It is always best for all involved parties especially the employer to stay on the legal side of the law especially when you have to do with an unexpected fatal or an incident
With the generous help and support from our friends in the industry and family, we were able to equip the offices with all the admin training aids which make CTH the next face of the future in our training industry in South Africa.
